We accept returns if the item is sent to you with any factory defect if it has been shipped damaged, if you have received the wrong item or if you do not like the product itself.

We do not accept returns if the item displays marks that it has been damaged by the customer himself. Sending the article with its invoice is mandatory. If the invoice is not present it will not be possible to exchange/return the product.

It has 30 days from the day of purchase to be able to exchange/return the item.

Exchanges or returns of bathing suits, bikinis and trikínis are not accepted.
